Are you ready for a pumpkin soup that will have your taste buds dancing and your body feeling relaxed? This is our favorite cannabis infused pumpkin soup recipe! This recipe is simple to make and can easily be adapted to your liking. Coconut ginger spice cannabis pumpkin soup is the perfect fall dish for when you want to kick back and enjoy the changing leaves.
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 cups chicken stock or broth
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup creamy unsweetened coconut milk
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
Salt to taste
Instructions: Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, and black pepper. Cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes. For a cannabis infused pumpkin soup, use cannabutter in place of the oil. Add the stock or broth and bring to a simmer. Add the pumpkin puree and coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.

A pumpkin spice latte is a coffee beverage made with espresso, milk, pumpkin purée, and spices such as cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. The drink is usually sweetened with sugar and flavored with artificial pumpkin spice flavor.
1 cup brewed coffee
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
25mg thc cannabis tincture
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste
whipped cream, for serving (optional)
cinnamon sticks, for serving (optional)
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the pumpkin puree, milk, and heavy cream. Heat until just warm, and do not let it come to a boil. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and sugar, and stir well to combine. Pour the mixture into a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour the blended mixture back into the saucepan, and heat over low heat until just hot. Pour the mixture into two mugs, and add 1/2 cup of brewed coffee to each mug. Top with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick, if desired. Serve immediately.
To infuse with cannabis, simply add your favorite cannabis tincture and mix.
Cannabis Infused Pumpkin Pancakes
These delicious pancakes are perfect for a fall breakfast or brunch. The recipe calls for canned pumpkin, eggs, flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and of course, cannabis distillate oil. Cannabis infused Pumpkin Pie
First, gather your ingredients: 1 pre-made pumpkin pie crust, 1 can pumpkin puree, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, and ⅓ cup cannabis infused coconut oil.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and cannabis infused coconut oil. Mix until well combined. Pour mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and continue baking for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool before serving and enjoy!
