We know ordering online is important, and for some folks, ordering weed online is something they have never done before. Navigating an online menu can sometimes be confusing, let alone with the abundance of options at marijuana dispensaries! For these reasons, we’ve gone ahead and created a simple step by step guide on how to order cannabis online at the healing center located in Fitchburg, Massachusetts!

First, the obvious, go to the online menu! This can be found on our home page as well as in the menu bar at the top labeled “online menu”. Or simply click here.

After clicking on the menu bar you will see a drop down of different pages, select “online menu”.

After landing on the online menu, at the top of the page, you will see an option to browse by categories, brands or specials, you can select one from here or just keep scrolling.

After selecting a category, and browsing for the products you would like, tap on the “plus” sign next to the price and add them to your cart. You will then immediately be taken to the shopping cart where you can place your order or select ‘continue shopping’.

Once you’ve found the products you want, click on the product to see more information, including the description, price, and THC/CBD content.

Select the desired quantity and click on “Add to Cart.” If you are done shopping click on “proceed to checkout”, or “continue shopping” to find more items to add to your cart.

If you are interested in saving your purchase history, login to your account before completing your order.

After reviewing your order summary, select “special instructions” to add any additional information you want the budtender creating your order to see.

After you are done adding notes and reviewing your order, select “place order”.

Your order has been submitted! If you do not already have an account, you can fill in your email and create a password in one easy step, or click “no thanks”.

You will then receive a text message with details regarding your order.

You will receive additional text messages when your order is ready for pick-up. When you are ready to head to the store, don’t forget to bring your ID!

That’s it! Your budtender will be waiting for you with a smile!
