Experience a lively parade, cannon and musket demonstrations, games, and much more!

Friday, June 30

Rutland and Framingham Start the weekend with a bang in Rutland! The Milk Room at 80 Hillside Rd is hosting a bonfire and live music from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Don’t forget to treat yourself to delicious food from food trucks and snacks.

If you’re in Framingham, head over to Farm Pond Park for an unforgettable evening. Food trucks and live music will keep you entertained before the fireworks light up the sky at 9:30pm.

Saturday, July 1

Rutland continues the celebrations with the Bike & Doll Carriage Parade at the Town Center. The fun starts at 9:30am with the Jr Olympics, followed by a volleyball tournament at 11am. At noon, be sure to catch the delightful Bike & Doll Carriage Parade. The Rutland Historical Society will be hosting an Open House & Lemonade Social from 1pm to 3pm, and a Lip Sync Contest from 2pm to 4pm (registration is from 1pm to 1:45pm). To top it off, enjoy a rocking concert by Midnight Riders from 6pm to 9pm.

Sunday, July 2

The celebrations continue in Rutland with a picnic on the Town Common from 11:30am to 3:30pm. Prepare to be amazed by the magic of Steve Charette from 12pm to 1pm, and get your very own balloon animal from 1pm to 3pm. The entertainment continues with Chuck & Mudd from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

Monday, July 3

Rutland keeps the festivities going with a Chicken BBQ behind the Fire Station at 4:30pm. At 5pm, head to the Town Common for the Strawberry Festival, accompanied by music from The Flock. However, please note that there won’t be fireworks in Harvard this year.

Tuesday July 4

In Grafton, the parade will kick off at 10am, starting from North Street Elementary School and making its way to Oak Street. Prepare to be enthralled by the vibrant displays and cheerful atmosphere as the parade passes by.

Rutland is celebrating the 75th Annual Rutland Fourth of July Parade, starting at 2pm along Main Streets and Route 56 South. This long-standing tradition promises to be a highlight of the day, with colorful floats, marching bands, and community spirit on full display.

Fitchburg residents can look forward to their own exciting parade starting at 10am. Join your neighbors and friends as the parade winds its way through the streets, spreading joy and patriotic fervor.

Harvard offers a unique celebration starting at 9am with an Antique Car display. Then, at 10am, get creative and join the Bike Decorating activity to add some flair to your wheels. The parade officially begins at 11am, followed by a noon Flag Raising ceremony and a chance to enjoy some friendly competition with lawn games. Please note that Harvard won’t have fireworks this year, but there are plenty of other festivities to enjoy.

Milford residents can gather on Main Street at 10am to witness their fantastic parade. Get ready to cheer on the participants and revel in the festive atmosphere.

Thursday, July 6

Worth the Trip If you’re up for a short trip, make your way to Patriot Place for the Patriot Fireworks Spectacular. Enjoy entertainment and family fun throughout the day, culminating in a breathtaking fireworks display at 9:15pm.

Saturday, July 8

Uxbridge End the Independence Day celebrations with a bang at the Uxbridge Festival & Fireworks. Located at 62 Capron St, this event offers food trucks, inflatables, games, and entertainment from 5pm to 9pm. Don’t miss the dazzling fireworks show to cap off the festivities.
