  • 4 cups of milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 12 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups of light rum
  • 1 cup of heavy cream

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and molasses, mixing well.

3. Cannabis-Infused Peppermint Bark


  • 12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces of white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract
  • Crushed candy canes
  • Cannabis-infused coconut oil


  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave. Stir in a small amount of cannabis-infused coconut oil.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  4. Place it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to set.
